Location: Remote within the United Kingdom (based in Cambridge office with hybrid flexibility)

What you will do

  • Develop and manage relationships with regional systems integrators to create a growth engine for partner-led opportunities.
  • Provide partners with the necessary education, resources, and support to promote hirify.global products to their clients.
  • Partner with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for RSIs.
  • Collaborate on joint GTM activities, events, and campaigns to generate and drive leads.
  • Build high-value strategic alliances and become a specialist in the value of hirify.global within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (Alliances, Sales, or Account Management) for a SaaS company in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of forming successful partnerships with Regional SIs.
  • Existing active relationships within the regional systems integrator network.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage at the executive level.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across North America and Europe.
