TL;DR

Account Executive - Bilingual (Italian) (SaaS Sales): Reach out to potential clients in tours, activities, and attractions to acquire new business, demonstrate reservation software, and close deals with an accent on qualifying leads, running demos, and achieving sales targets. Focus on uncovering client needs, designing UX setups, and building stakeholder relationships.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands. Legally authorized to work in the European Union. Hybrid friendly with central Amsterdam office.

What you will do

  • Focus on net new client acquisition by contacting prospects and presenting products/services
  • Qualify, develop, and close opportunities from inquiries, leads, RFPs, and proposals
  • Achieve quarterly/bi-annual sales targets and provide pipeline updates to management
  • Run demos, design front-end UX and back-end processes, and organize in-person meetings
  • Attend exhibitions, tradeshows, and conferences to pitch and demonstrate hirify.global
  • Act as primary contact for new client onboarding, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage, forecasting, and feedback on product improvements

Requirements

  • Proven 2+ years sales experience in prospecting role, preferably SaaS
  • Track record of selling to small/medium/large organizations and expanding client base
  • Ability to engage/influence at all levels and build stakeholder relationships
  • Exceptional time management, independence, and teamwork
  • Very strong written/verbal English + bilingual in Italian
  • Legally authorized to work in the EU
  • Experience with CRM software and sales methodologies (SPIN, etc.) preferred
