What you will do

• Own the creative vision for client campaigns from the first hook to the final CTA.
• Write conversion-focused briefs and scripts for short-form videos specifically for Meta ads.
• Analyze performance data to form hypotheses and iterate on winning creative assets.
• Pitch and test new creative formats including UGC, VO-led content, carousels, and testimonials.
• Collaborate with editors and media buyers to ensure high-quality, on-time creative delivery.
• Support and shape the agency’s own brand storytelling and content strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creative strategy, specifically writing hooks and scripts for performance content.
• Background working in a fast-paced agency environment, ideally within DTC or e-commerce.
• Deep understanding of Meta ad formats and the drivers of content performance.
• Ability to translate campaign data and insights into actionable creative direction.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple creative pipelines and timelines.
• Must be based in the UK
