What you will do

• Own and scale performance across Paid Social, Paid Search, YouTube, and SEO.
• Lead structured testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Manage agency partners to maximize channel efficiency and output.
• Drive improvements in CPA and LTV:CAC through insight-led decisions.
• Build, mentor, and elevate a high-performing growth team.

Requirements

• Background in DTC scale-ups, ideally within a subscription model.
• Essential experience in Paid Social.
• Proficiency with Paid Search and SEO.
• Advanced analytical skills using GA4 and BI tools.
• Previous team management experience.
• Location: Must be based in London for a hybrid setup (2 days office-based).
