What you will do
- Develop paid social media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs, including supporting materials and tactical rationale.
- Handle end-to-end campaign setup using advanced features like bid rules and third-party tools.
- Oversee QA checks, performance monitoring, pacing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Produce weekly/monthly reports, end-of-campaign summaries, and quarterly/annual reviews with insightful commentary.
- Act as key client contact for social, support presentations, and build relationships with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest.
- Mentor team members, manage workloads, contribute to recruitment, and ensure operational compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing or agency role with client/stakeholder management.
- Extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest.
- Experience planning large-scale campaigns for brand and direct-response objectives.
- Strong skills in compiling detailed campaign reports and client presentations.
- Relationship-building and presentation skills; some experience line managing or training others.
- Collaborative attitude with deep knowledge of media/technology developments.
