Location: Berlin, hybrid (core hours 11am–5pm CET; up to 50 days fully remote per year from anywhere)

What you will do

  • Revitalize and scale paid search across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display) through deep analysis and restructuring for efficient growth
  • Manage multi-channel strategy and six-figure budgets across Google and Meta to maximize ROI
  • Own experimentation roadmap with A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve CVR and lower CPAs
  • Perform deep data analysis on large datasets for insights into LTV, CAC, and incrementality
  • Partner with Creative team to provide data-driven briefs for high-performing static and video ads
  • Build automated workflows using AI tools and scripts for bidding and optimization

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Performance Marketing with Google Ads mastery (Search, YouTube, Display)
  • Track record scaling 6-figure ad budgets without efficiency loss
  • Experience driving subscription acquisition with strong LTV/CAC knowledge
  • Deep analytical skills with complex datasets, attribution models, and tracking
  • Advanced testing mindset including incrementality and lift analysis
  • Self-starter with owner mentality for high autonomy
