What you will do

  • Own and scale Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display) to drive scalable growth through deep account restructuring.
  • Manage and optimize six-figure monthly budgets across Google and Meta to maximize blended ROI.
  • Execute a high-velocity experimentation roadmap for ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to improve CVR.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover granular insights and optimize for LTV, CAC, and incrementality.
  • Partner with the Creative team to translate data insights into clear briefs for high-performing static and video ads.
  • Leverage AI tools and scripts to automate routine bidding and optimization workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing with mastery of Google Ads.
  • Demonstrable track record of managing and scaling ad accounts with six-figure monthly budgets.
  • Experience driving acquisition for subscription-led businesses with a strong command of unit economics.
  • Deeply analytical mindset with proficiency in handling complex datasets and attribution models.
  • Advanced testing mindset prioritizing incrementality and lift analysis over basic platform metrics.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Berlin, Germany.
