What you will do

  • Lead and scale Google Ads across Search, PMax, YouTube, and Display to drive scalable growth.
  • Manage six-figure monthly budgets across Google and Meta to maximize blended ROI.
  • Execute a high-velocity experimentation roadmap for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve CVR.
  • Analyze large datasets to optimize for LTV, CAC, and incrementality.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to translate data insights into high-performing static and video assets.
  • Automate routine bidding and optimization tasks using AI tools and scripts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing with mastery of Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling 6-figure monthly ad budgets without sacrificing efficiency.
  • Experience driving acquisition for subscription-led businesses with a strong command of unit economics.
  • Deep analytical mindset with proficiency in complex datasets and attribution models.
  • Advanced testing mindset prioritizing incrementality and lift analysis over basic platform metrics.
  • Must be based in Berlin for a hybrid work arrangement.

  • Experience with Paid Social.
