What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, utilities, and project developers across North America and globally.
  • Quote, structure, negotiate, and close trades in environmental commodities such as RECs, carbon, and RNG.
  • Identify arbitrage and liquidity opportunities to drive revenue growth aligned with commercial strategy.
  • Monitor regulatory developments, buyer trends, and supply dynamics in compliance and voluntary markets.
  • Collaborate with analysts, operations, and risk/KYC teams to ensure smooth execution and strong client outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, trading, or brokerage within environmental commodities (RECs, carbon, fuels, RNG).
  • Proven track record of building and converting client relationships into revenue.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and voluntary environmental markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Existing network within North American environmental or energy markets.
  • Must be based in New York, USA.
