What you will do

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives including M&A, divestments, and transformation programs.
• Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in close coordination with Executive Committee (ExCom) members.
• Structure and manage comprehensive project plans, overseeing timelines, resources, and governance.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable operational plans supported by KPIs.
• Identify organizational and human impacts and lead comprehensive change management efforts.
• Provide regular, structured reporting and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading large-scale strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
• Proven background in management consulting and/or complex, international corporate environments.
• Strong experience and proven track record in change management.
• Fluent English required.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
