What you will do

• Drive a portfolio of high-priority R&D initiatives, creating and managing detailed plans and artifacts.
• Lead strategic cross-functional technical delivery forums and monthly Steering Committees with senior leadership.
• Identify program risks and establish escalation processes to implement "Return to Green" plans for off-track initiatives.
• Coordinate, design, and implement improvements to the quarterly R&D-wide planning process.
• Standardize Jira usage and operating metrics to drive consistent telemetry and track OKR progress.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to remove obstacles and optimize time-to-market.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in technical program management.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing SaaS product development programs.
• Solid technical foundation with the ability to digest new technical concepts quickly.
• Proficiency in Jira and experience practicing Agile methodologies.
• Must possess and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Expertise in navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to large, complex problems.
