Location: Remote (US) - Must reside in Mountain and Pacific Time Zones

Compensation: $185,000–$256,000 total target compensation

What you will do

  • Build and maintain proactive sales relationships with financial professionals across the assigned territory to drive sustainable growth.
  • Serve as a disability insurance subject-matter expert, providing product insights and consultative support.
  • Execute disciplined activity and territory management practices to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Partner with internal wholesalers to coordinate outreach and jointly drive insurance sales results.
  • Provide regular updates to sales management on territory activity and pipeline health.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in disability insurance wholesale distribution.
  • 2+ years of experience in an external wholesaling role.
  • State Life and Health Insurance license at time of application.
  • Must reside in Mountain and Pacific Time Zones.

Nice to have

  • Experience across multiple disability insurance distribution channels.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Proven success in building and sustaining relationships with centers of influence.
