What you will do

• Manage the Corporate Sales Engineering team including performance reviews, coaching, and development.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, answer customer questions, and resolve issues.
• Deliver regional training to sales staff and partners on products.
• Follow up on sales calls and provide feedback to Account Managers.
• Ensure team technical training and efficient resource use with sales management.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Dutch & English
• Line management experience, including remote teams
• Pre-sales technical experience in IT security, networking, and security solutions
• Familiarity with hacking tools, malware, AV/IDS/IPS evasion techniques
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills
• Experience working with channel partners
