Location: Remote within the US (must be able to travel to Cleveland, Ohio for orientation and occasional visits)
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

What you will do
- Administer the Salesforce.com environment, including data models, workflows, validation rules, and reporting.
- Own pipeline reporting and forecasting, utilizing waterfall analysis and opportunity health scoring.
- Apply AI and automation to scale strategic insights, deal scoring, and forecast risk identification.
- Partner with Finance on SaaS commitment modeling, billing reconciliation, and ARR tracking.
- Evaluate and manage GTM tooling, including sales engagement and business intelligence platforms.
- Participate in pricing strategy, governance, and deal structure support.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and workflow design.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pipeline data and drive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales environments.
- Must be based in a U.S. jurisdiction.
- Unable to sponsor visas.
