Location: In-office 5 days a week in San Francisco, California

Salary: $85,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Create and review Quotes and Order Forms for sales deals.
• Manage the complete order booking cycle to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Renewals teams to facilitate the order process and solve problems.
• Research and resolve discrepancies regarding ARR calculations.
• Accurately maintain and audit transaction data within Salesforce.
• Lead special projects focused on Deal Operations process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience with Quote to Cash using Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite.
• Background in back-office operations and order processing.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Legal teams.
• Ability to work additional nights and weekends during month and quarter-end.
• Must be based in San Francisco for full-time in-office work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ironclad or other CLM tools such as Conga.
