What you will do

• Identify and develop locally relevant marketing initiatives and manage service providers.
• Manage daily operations, monitor KPIs, and optimize shop performance.
• Lead the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, tech, logistics, and customer service departments.
• Conduct market analyses and develop strategic business cases.
• Support the Markets Team with content analysis and operational optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or the fashion industry.
• Native German and excellent written and spoken English skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong business sense.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a structured, independent work style.
