What you will do

• Own and scale performance marketing across paid channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit) to hit revenue and acquisition targets while optimizing CAC.
• Drive execution excellence through budget allocation, structured testing of creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies across markets.
• Establish robust tracking, attribution, and measurement setups in collaboration with Product and Tech; translate data into actionable steering.
• Partner with CRM, Influencer, Brand, and Creative teams for cross-channel impact and integration into broader B2C strategy.
• Build, coach, and lead a team of performance managers, fostering ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
• 4-6+ years in performance marketing with analytical focus; hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Deep knowledge of tracking, attribution (GA4, MMPs like Adjust), metrics (CAC, ROAS, cohort/funnel analysis).
• Experience with data tools (BigQuery, Looker, Tableau); first leadership/mentoring experience.
• Structured, data-driven mindset; cross-functional collaboration skills.
