TL;DR

Senior Event Manager (Field Marketing): Designing and executing a comprehensive B2B event strategy to drive pipeline and brand awareness for an iPaaS platform with an accent on large-scale conferences and regional satellite events. Location: Hybrid (Tutzing or Amsterdam); Must be based in or able to work from Germany or the Netherlands

What you will do

  • Own the entire event engine from strategy to execution, including the flagship Data Hero Summit 2027 for 1,000+ attendees.
  • Develop and manage a year-round program of owned events, external conferences, and digital activations across DACH, Benelux, Nordics, UK, and France.
  • Implement a sales activation layer to convert event attendees into measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Establish an event ROI framework to track leads, meetings, and cost per opportunity across all formats.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery, including budgeting (€500K+), vendor relations, and creative direction.
  • Build partnerships with industry associations and tech alliances to expand the company's event footprint.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B event management experience, with 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale events (500+ attendees) that drive revenue.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing technology.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling a flagship event from small scale to 1,000+ attendees.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation and post-event conversion sequences.
  • Ability to create compelling storytelling for keynotes and panels.
