What you will do

  • Lead the overall strategy, development, and continuous optimization of the website to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Manage website content, landing pages, and user journeys specifically within WordPress.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Marketing Operations to optimize conversion paths and drive inbound demand.
  • Monitor website performance and track user behavior using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Stay current on UX best practices and iterate on site optimization strategies to support business goals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 3+ years of web marketing experience specifically within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing marketing websites using WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO/AIO, including site structure, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Proficiency with GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
