What you will do
- Lead the technical sales cycle for strategic partnerships, conducting discovery and delivering API-focused demonstrations.
- Scope and deliver technical proof-of-concept (POC) projects as the primary technical lead.
- Develop technical enablement materials, implementation guides, and open-source API demo applications.
- Act as a technical liaison between partners, sales, product, and engineering to influence the product roadmap.
- Provide expert guidance to partners to triage critical integration issues and ensure successful adoption.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of API architectures (REST, SOAP) and real-time communication patterns (Webhooks, WebSockets).
- Expertise in OAuth 2.0 grant types and secure API access best practices.
- Proven experience in rapid prototyping and leading complex integration projects from discovery to launch.
- Ability to create high-quality technical documentation and enablement resources.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable working in AMER timezones.

- Experience using generative AI platforms for code review and content creation.
