Location: Must be based in Boston, MA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Lead technical strategy from pre-sales through implementation and customer success.
• Define and scope technical solutions based on complex enterprise requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive roadmap initiatives based on customer needs.
• Deliver technical documentation, tutorials, and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
• Manage technical project timelines, risk mitigation, and complex testing cycles.
• Respond to technical components of RFPs and provide expert guidance on integration protocols.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in B2B SaaS or technology consulting.
• Proven track record in customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep understanding of enterprise application landscapes, identity architecture, and data dependencies.
• Proficiency with SaaS protocols, APIs (SCIM 2.0, REST), and authentication flows (OAuth, SAML).
• Experience managing offshore or remote engineering teams.
• Must be able to work from the Boston office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS.
• Familiarity with web, mobile, or backend development (Java, C#, Node.js, Python).
• Knowledge of core application security principles.
