Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (3 days per week in office)
Salary: $227,000 – $252,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end development of enterprise and digital native customer stories, from intake through publication.
- Conduct interviews with customer stakeholders, including technical teams and business leaders, to extract use cases and outcomes.
- Translate complex technical AI implementations into narratives that resonate with both technical and executive audiences.
- Partner with Account Directors and GTM teams to identify and prioritize high-value storytelling opportunities.
- Manage the production pipeline and coordinate review cycles across internal stakeholders, including Legal and Communications.
- Support multimedia storytelling across formats, including scripts for films, interviews, and executive spotlights.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, or Content Marketing.
- Exceptional writing ability with experience translating technical products into clear, compelling B2B narratives.
- Ability to synthesize inputs from both technical stakeholders and senior business executives.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong project management skills to independently drive multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.
