Customer Programs Manager (AI): Establishing and leading the Customer Programs function to engage strategic enterprise customers with an accent on Customer Advisory Boards and executive engagement. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (expected in office at least 25% of the time)
Salary: $255,000 - $320,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Establish the Customer Programs function, including strategy, team hiring, and operating models.
- Lead Customer Advisory Boards (CAB) and executive briefings (EBC) for top-tier accounts.
- Maintain a governed map of executives and decision-makers across strategic accounts.
- Act as the primary voice of strategic customers within Product, GTM, and leadership forums.
- Coordinate customer asks to ensure intentional and non-redundant engagement.
- Report on account coverage, engagement depth, and program-influenced expansion.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B enterprise or customer marketing, with 4+ years of people management.
- Proven experience scaling executive customer programs (CABs, EBCs) at high-growth tech companies.
- Experience as a trusted partner to CRO/CCO and enterprise Sales leadership.
- Executive presence and experience managing relationships with Fortune 500 C-suite/VPs.
- Ability to design programs using an audience-first model based on named-account lists.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
