What you will do

• Recruit and collaborate with MSP/MDR partners to ensure successful engagement, launches, and enablement.
• Develop and execute global strategic joint business plans covering executive interlocks, certification, and partner marketing.
• Support joint sales pursuit activities to drive revenue within SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts.
• Promote the company's value proposition to enable partners to build profitable businesses.
• Manage relationship interlocks across executive, product development, marketing, and delivery teams.
• Lead regular business performance reviews and maintain activity reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience exceeding revenue targets with leading MSP/MDR partners.
• 5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience managing strategic MSP/MDR accounts.
• Proven track record of building strategic alliances from the ground up.
• Experience operating within the Enterprise software market, ideally in SaaS or Cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of MSP & MDR operating models and the Australian and New Zealand partner landscape.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
