What you will do

  • Lead and motivate the Strategic sales team in the Central region to drive market growth and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales process aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and inform strategy.
  • Recruit and develop high-caliber junior and senior sales executives.
  • Champion hirify.global's values to ensure a consistent and engaging global culture.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing enterprise security sales teams.
  • 4+ years of experience as an Individual Contributor Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Proven experience selling complex security and cloud solutions is a must.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
  • Location preference: Chicago Metro Area or Texas.
