What you will do

  • Develop and execute scalable programs such as webinars and email campaigns to drive adoption and retention for SMB and low-touch customers.
  • Monitor customer health for 500-1000 accounts, identifying risks and opportunities using internal dashboards and metrics.
  • Collaborate with CSMs, AEs, Product, and Marketing to create seamless 1-to-many customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer data to identify common challenges and proactively suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain high data hygiene within Salesforce and other internal CS tools.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in inside sales, customer success, BDR, or product marketing roles.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Experience with SaaS tech stack, specifically Salesforce, Highspot, or Planhat.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for research and data analysis to solve customer needs.
  • Solution-driven mindset and comfort demonstrating product functionality to customers.

Nice to have

  • Project Management certifications (Prince2, PMI, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in German, Spanish, or Dutch.
