is a pre-Series A cybersecurity startup spun out of US-headquartered Janea Systems, building technology to detect and prevent social engineering attacks in online communications.
What you will do
- Validate and refine initial GTM strategy, including ICP, buyer personas, use cases, channels, and pricing.
- Scale pilot and design-partner programs, converting prospects into pilots with clear success criteria.
- Lead customer discovery to refine messaging, positioning, and ICP definitions.
- Develop enterprise and partner sales motions, building relationships with MSPs, MSSPs, and ecosystem partners.
- Build GTM infrastructure including CRM strategy, pipeline reporting, and foundational assets like pitch decks and demos.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CEO/CTO and product team to align GTM insights with product priorities and pricing.
Requirements
- Based in North America or deep recent experience selling cybersecurity into this market.
- Former founder, early GTM leader, or senior sales/marketing leader at early-stage cybersecurity startup.
- Deep understanding of B2B cybersecurity buying motions via MSPs/MSSPs or mid-market/enterprise IT.
- Proven experience in pre-PMF or early-PMF environments with hands-on outreach and discovery.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with execution, high autonomy, and builder mindset.

- Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks like SOC 2, NIST, CMMC.
