What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with independent gym operators, multi-location fitness brands, and franchise groups.
  • Identify, plan, and execute local events, including roundtables, meetups, and co-branded partner events.
  • Represent the company at major fitness industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Convert industry relationships into qualified opportunities and hand them off to the Account Executive team.
  • Cultivate strategic referral partnerships with fitness equipment brands, POS providers, and consultants.
  • Gather market intelligence and industry insights to inform product and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the fitness industry.
  • Proven existing network of gym owners, studio operators, or fitness brand decision-makers.
  • Track record of using relationships and events to generate business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills for conveying product value.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for events, conferences, and prospect meetings.
