Location: Must be based in London (On-site, 5 days per week)

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from identifying prospects to closing deals.
  • Build and manage targeted lead lists aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies via personalized emails, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Provide product demonstrations to potential clients and articulate the value of Agent+.
  • Track, measure, and report key sales metrics using HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and value propositions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London (office attendance required 5 days per week).
  • 5+ years of experience in a full-stack sales role (AE/SDR/BDR) within the software industry.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Expertise in lead list building and working with outbound automation tools.
  • Proficiency in CRM management and reporting.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling mid-market finance software such as ERP, spend management, or invoicing tools.
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup.
