What you will do
- Own the day-to-day commercial execution of assigned utility and key customer accounts.
- Coordinate customer enquiries, quotations, tenders, contracts, and sales orders.
- Support tender management activities, including submission coordination and pricing inputs.
- Translate contractual requirements into accurate SAP setup, including pricing and escalation mechanisms.
- Proactively manage and resolve blocked orders, pricing queries, and customer complaints.
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers, External Sales, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in customer account coordination, contract administration, or customer care.
- Background in a technical, industrial, or utilities environment.
- Strong Excel skills for pricing analysis, reporting, and contract support.
- Experience using ERP systems, specifically SAP.
- Proven ability to prioritize issues, manage risk, and take ownership of resolutions.
