TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth through full-cycle B2B sales and outbound pipeline generation for a travel and spend management platform with an accent on mid-market acquisition. Focus on executing high-volume outreach, running discovery and demo calls, and closing net-new business.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Boston, Chicago, or Miami (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-person)

Salary: Base $95,000, OTE $165,000

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and booking meetings to closing new business.
  • Generate pipeline through high-volume outbound activity via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Deliver tailored demos that align with customer pain points and communicate product value.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts within Salesforce.
  • Partner with Implementation and Account Management teams to ensure successful client handoffs.
  • Engage with various personas, including Office Managers, Finance, and HR leaders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with a focus on outbound prospecting in the mid-market space.
  • Proven hunter mindset and ability to close net-new deals.
  • Experience in startups, SaaS, or B2B tech.
  • Eligibility to work in the USA.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boston, Chicago, or Miami.
