Salary: $72,000 – $95,000

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-end SMB customers and foster deep engagement with key decision-makers.
- Analyze customer business needs to maximize their usage of the AmTrav platform.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular business reviews and presentations using data analytics for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth product integration and rollouts.
- Develop long-term strategies to solve recurring account problems.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a professional client relationship role.
- Must be based within commuting distance of the Chicago office.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze and translate complex data into actionable insights for customers.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
