TL;DR

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of the Chicago hub (Hybrid: 3 days in-person)

Salary: $72,000 – $95,000

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-end SMB customers and foster deep engagement with key decision-makers.
  • Analyze customer business needs to maximize their usage of the AmTrav platform.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and presentations using data analytics for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth product integration and rollouts.
  • Develop long-term strategies to solve recurring account problems.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional client relationship role.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of the Chicago office.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze and translate complex data into actionable insights for customers.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
