Location: Hybrid-remote in Austin, TX (office 1x per week)
Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 base per year + commissions, equity grants

What you will do
- Serve as primary contact for SMB clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure value delivery.
- Manage full contract renewal cycle from meetings to negotiation and signature for escalated ARR.
- Achieve quotas for new sales growth through upsells and cross-sells.
- Build relationships with key customers, create champions, and identify whitespace opportunities.
- Consult customers on additional solutions to increase adoption.
- Execute account strategies, provide high-touch service, and deliver product feedback.
Requirements
- 1+ years in sales development or full sales cycle experience selling to technical audiences (engineers, IT, security)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with sales qualification frameworks (Medic, Medpicc, Sandler)
- Track record meeting quotas in fast-paced environments
- Strong technical aptitude, communication skills, and objection handling
- Ability to balance tasks and adjust priorities quickly
