TL;DR

SMB Account Manager (Hybrid): Manage full sales cycle for SMB customers using hirify.global's endpoint cybersecurity technology with an accent on renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and customer satisfaction. Focus on achieving growth quotas, identifying whitespace opportunities, and advocating for additional solutions from the portfolio.

Location: Hybrid-remote in Austin, TX (office 1x per week)

Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 base per year + commissions, equity grants

What you will do

  • Serve as primary contact for SMB clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure value delivery.
  • Manage full contract renewal cycle from meetings to negotiation and signature for escalated ARR.
  • Achieve quotas for new sales growth through upsells and cross-sells.
  • Build relationships with key customers, create champions, and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Consult customers on additional hirify.global solutions to increase adoption.
  • Execute account strategies, provide high-touch service, and deliver product feedback.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in sales development or full sales cycle experience selling to technical audiences (engineers, IT, security)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with sales qualification frameworks (Medic, Medpicc, Sandler)
  • Track record meeting quotas in fast-paced environments
  • Strong technical aptitude, communication skills, and objection handling
  • Ability to balance tasks and adjust priorities quickly
