Location: Must be based in the US (San Jose, CA or Draper, UT offices or remote-eligible).
Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of key SMB and mid-market accounts to retain and expand revenue through strategic planning.
- Drive customer activation and adoption through onboarding, training, and enablement programs.
- Build executive relationships with finance and accounting leaders to map solutions to their workflows.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities across additional departments and subsidiaries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve product usability roadblocks and advocate for customer needs.
- Document all activities, pipelines, and forecasts accurately within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2+ years in a quota-carrying account management or sales role with a track record of retention and expansion.
- Proven consultative skills and ability to guide customers toward value-driving decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to finance and accounting stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet) and their role in business decisions.
- Familiarity with leading accounting or ERP systems such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS sales, post-sales, or customer success within fintech, payments, or expense management.
- Background partnering directly with finance/accounting teams or prior experience in a finance function.
