TL;DR
Sales Development Manager (SaaS): Leading and scaling a team of SDRs to drive pipeline growth for a travel and spend management platform with an accent on coaching, performance management, and sales strategy. Focus on designing training programs, optimizing lead-to-opportunity conversion, and mentoring a cross-functional team.
Location: Must be based within commuting distance of the Boston hub (Hybrid: 3 days in-person). Relocation support is available.
Salary: $84,000 – $110,000 base + commissions and equity.

What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of 8-12 Sales Development Representatives to overachieve quarterly targets.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s and set monthly development objectives to ensure team success.
- Coach and mentor the team with a strong focus on constant skill development.
- Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and training of new SDRs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop sales scripts, presentations, and product update materials.
- Design training courses utilizing gamification, role-playing, and pitch simulations.
Requirements
- Significant experience in sales or business development, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry.
- Proven track record in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of the sales development process from lead generation to opportunity creation.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to the US (Boston hub).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
