What you will do

• Define and lead the company’s analytics and business systems strategy aligned with business goals.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across analytics, data, and business systems.
• Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs to drive decision-making across teams.
• Oversee the architecture, implementation, and optimization of core business systems (CRM, ERP, BI).
• Drive automation and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership and board-level discussions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in analytics, business intelligence, data, or business systems.
• Proven experience building and scaling analytics functions in high-growth environments.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and analytics best practices.
• Experience managing core business systems such as CRM, ERP, and BI tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with senior leadership.
• Must be based in New York City for onsite work at the Union Square office.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or other data-driven industries.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks.
• Experience with RevOps, FP&A, or go-to-market analytics.
• Background in SQL, Python, or other data tools.
