Staff Business Intelligence Architect (AI)

Location: California - San Francisco, United States

Salary: $172,500–$260,100 annually; in select San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas, $207,800–$285,800 annually.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales Strategy and go-to-market leaders to identify growth opportunities and influence strategic decisions.
• Conduct deep analytical investigations and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Design scalable analytical frameworks, business metrics, data models, dashboards, reports, and data products.
• Build self-service analytics experiences that help stakeholders answer business questions independently.
• Develop AI-powered intelligence solutions connecting product usage, account health, customer engagement, and field activities into actionable go-to-market workflows.
• Lead initiatives across data modeling, metric design, visualization, advanced analysis, and self-service enablement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience applying analytics to complex business problems.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with Python or R for analytics.
• Strong experience building scalable business intelligence solutions with Tableau or Looker.
• Experience creating effective self-service analytics experiences and maintaining high data quality.
• Exceptional communication, analytical rigor, and data storytelling skills, including executive presentations.
• Degree in a quantitative or technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or PhD in computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or another quantitative field.
• Experience delivering measurable business outcomes in sales, finance, customer success, support, or other go-to-market organizations.
• Deep understanding of go-to-market operating models and experience with Sales Strategy or Sales Programs teams.
• Experience defining ambiguous business problems and leading analytical initiatives from concept through implementation.
