What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for a critical supply planning digital tool to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Analyze root causes of systemic issues to improve product usability and quality.
• Query and analyze data using Snowflake to support troubleshooting and product decisions.
• Lead quality assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functional requirements.
• Manage software change requests from intake through deployment, defining scope and risks.
• Act as a liaison between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong background in business analysis and the ability to recommend value-driven solutions.
• Experience in software change request management and designing UAT strategies.
• Analytical judgment for root cause analysis and resolving complex product issues.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL or Irving, TX.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Degree in engineering or business or certifications in supply chain management.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Background in IT or software development.
