What you will do

• Run strategic and tactical initiatives to shape data strategy.
• Transform business requirements into actionable backlogs for data products.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for data engineers and analysts.
• Drive initiatives and articulate product vision to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in data products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Manager or similar, preferably in data, analytics, or internal business applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data, analytics, and product management principles.
• Demonstrated experience working with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Management, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
• Must be U.S.-based (home-based).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Workday.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and Power BI.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
