Salary: $145,000 - $190,000 Annually

What you will do
- Lead all phases of product development from inception through completion for high-impact government needs.
- Manage costs, schedules, and technical performance for major company programs or subsystems.
- Act as the primary customer, subcontractor, and internal team interface for assigned product lines.
- Develop new products or expand existing product lines specifically for federal customers.
- Prepare manpower staffing plans and oversee recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of staff.
- Forecast program financial performance and lead major proposals to acquire follow-on business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
- Must be based in the continental United States.
- Experience delivering large-scale customer-facing applications for Federal customers, particularly the VA.
- Proficiency in driving product development utilizing Agile Scrum.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Slack, and MS Teams.
