TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Designing and managing customer retention, health, renewal, and upsell programs for top accounts with an accent on strategic account leadership and product expertise. Focus on driving adoption, retention, and scaling success strategies through data-driven programs.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK. Must have ongoing right to work in the UK.

What you will do

  • Lead high-touch success plans for top accounts, acting as both business relationship owner and consultative product expert.
  • Design and execute strategies to monitor customer health and drive adoption, retention, and up-sells.
  • Partner with fellow CSMs to codify best practices and build reusable program templates for scale.
  • Contribute to one-to-many scaled programs for second-tier accounts using various channels.
  • Utilize data to segment customers based on product usage and firmographic data for tailored resources.
  • Collaborate with SE, post-sale, and Support teams to create content for scaled programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
  • A passion for technology and experience coaching customers on complex software products.
  • Experience building programs in addition to strong customer relationship skills.
  • Experience at early or growth-stage startups.
  • Must have ongoing right to work in the UK.
