TL;DR

Partnerships Lead, GSIs (AI Software): Build and scale relationships with global systems integrators like EY and Accenture to turn them into revenue channels with an accent on channel strategy, enterprise go-to-market, and ecosystem development. Focus on developing joint go-to-market plans, co-sell motions, partner enablement programs, and tracking KPIs for pipeline and revenue growth.

Foster City, CA (Hybrid). In office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

What you will do

  • Own and develop hirify.global's GSI Channel program strategy, recruiting and scaling relationships like Deloitte, Cognizant, Infosys.
  • Serve as primary relationship owner for key GSI partners, creating joint go-to-market plans and co-sell motions.
  • Build partner enablement program with training, certifications, and resources for GSI teams.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales on co-sell opportunities aligning GSI capabilities with customer needs.
  • Develop joint solution offerings targeting application modernization, developer productivity, and AI transformation.
  • Define and track KPIs like partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and certifications; report to leadership.
  • Represent hirify.global at events and negotiate partnership agreements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in partnerships, channel sales, alliances, or business development, focused on GSI relationships.
  • Proven track record building/scaling GSI partnerships at high-growth tech companies in developer tools, cloud, or SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of GSI operations, practice models, and go-to-market.
  • Experience with joint solutions and co-sell resulting in pipeline/revenue growth.
  • Strong executive presence and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfort in fast-paced early-stage environment; excellent communication.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
