What you will do
- Own a portfolio of technical partnerships from sourcing and initial discussions through onboarding, growth, renewal, and relevant go-to-market activities.
- Negotiate partnership scope and commercial terms with legal, finance, product, and engineering stakeholders.
- Manage the operating rhythm for partners, including business reviews, executive touchpoints, and escalations.
- Define joint go-to-market activities such as co-marketing and integration announcements.
- Represent partner feedback, blockers, and opportunities in Lovable’s product roadmap discussions.
- Influence product and engineering roadmaps in the interests of users and the partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product partnerships, platform partnerships, business development, or adjacent roles at software, technology, or developer-tools companies.
- Experience structuring and closing complex technical and commercial agreements.
- Ability to understand and clearly explain technology and collaborate credibly with engineering teams.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product management, engineering, legal, and finance.
- Ability to manage relationships ranging from working-level partner managers to C-level executives.
- Data-driven approach with strong ownership of partnership metrics, prioritization, and outcomes.
Nice to have
- Technical or product background, including experience as an engineer, product manager, or founder.
- Experience with AI-native products, developer platforms, APIs, webhooks, or marketplace listings.
