What you will do

• Build relationships with tech leaders and provide guidance on growth challenges.
• Advise on talent strategy, people development, and organizational design for tech client groups.
• Support HR projects like hiring, onboarding, performance management, and compensation.
• Empower leaders through feedback and leadership skill development.
• Solve people challenges and build scalable solutions amid ambiguity.
• Assist SVP People with tech team initiatives and global operations.
• Leverage employment law knowledge in a global context.

Requirements

• 5+ years as HR Business Partner or similar in technology companies.
• Experience supporting fast-paced, growth-oriented tech environments.
• Strong understanding of tech culture and partnering with engineering leaders.
• Track record of building relationships, creating processes, and adapting to priorities.
• Experience resolving people issues with fairness and empathy in tech.
• Passion for enabling tech teams to thrive and scale.
