What you will do

• Develop and execute partnership strategies across defense and commercial maritime sectors.
• Engage senior stakeholders from defense primes, government entities, and emerging tech providers.
• Identify relevant programs and contracts where electric boat technology can be applied.
• Lead negotiations on partnership terms, agreements, and contracts.
• Guide business strategy using market resehirify.globalh and analysis of the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic roles within defense, maritime, aerospace, or robotics industries.
• Proven track record of closing deals and forming high-value partnerships with public and private entities.
• Strong understanding of defense procurement pathways and the Defense Industrial Base.
• Eligible for security clearance.
• Ability to travel regularly (approximately 20–30%).

Nice to have

• Experience at an emerging technology defense contractor or in strategy consulting.
• Experience with government program offices or the marine domain.
• Familiarity with autonomy, robotics, and maritime systems.
