TL;DR
Account Executive (Nonprofit): Driving new business and expanding the customer base for a people intelligence platform with an accent on consultative sales and data enrichment. Focus on managing the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals using GenAI-powered SaaS tools.
Location: On-site 5 days a week in San Francisco
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 base / $140,000 – $180,000 OTE

What you will do
- Research and qualify prospects through multi-channel outreach including email, phone, and social networks.
- Deliver value to prospects to book meetings and generate new sales opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial qualification through to closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within Salesforce for all owned records.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure they are fully briefed before prospect meetings.
Requirements
- Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work 5 days a week.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of technology sales experience.
- 1+ year of experience in a closing role with a verified track record of exceeding performance expectations.
- Strong experience with outbound prospecting and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and the ability to quickly learn sales enablement tools.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
- Knowledge of nonprofit development and fundraising.
- Experience working with data and analytics.
