• Analyze performance metrics to provide recommendations for increasing engagement and revenue.
• Coordinate with the marketing calendar to ensure all deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure policy compliance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a marketing specialist or similar role.
• Must have experience with AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude.
• Proficiency in marketing data analytics and tools.
• Experience with Marketo, Hubspot, and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON.
