What you will do

• Conduct high-touch one-on-one and group feature implementations for customers during onboarding and success phases.
• Resolve account audits and optimization issues for low-to-medium complexity clients to drive product adoption.
• Provide direct support to Senior Solutions Architects on larger and more complex projects.
• Perform root cause analysis on product challenges to improve training materials and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and maintain high satisfaction.
• Advise on product-market fit and scale onboarding plans to drive customer engagement and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the trades.
• Minimum 2+ years of direct experience with the hirify.global platform.
• Proficiency in hirify.global's customer inventory processes and the inventory module.
• Experience leading virtual group training workshops or software implementations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including xlookups, pivot tables, and macros.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25-50% of the year.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Salesforce, Asana, QuickBooks, Intacct, and GSuite.
• hirify.global Certified Administrator (STCA) certification.
• Strong project management skills.
