What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Account teams to drive strategic growth across Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel, and Financial Services.
• Lead discovery conversations to identify client objectives, pain points, and technical environments.
• Translate business requirements into clear data strategies, solution designs, and integration blueprints.
• Deliver insight-driven presentations, workshops, and live product demonstrations to showcase value.
• Design scalable solutions leveraging APIs, data feeds, and hybrid delivery models for seamless client integration.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal R&D to provide structured feedback for product roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, analytics consulting, or customer-facing roles at SaaS companies.
• Strong understanding of digital traffic data, market research, and online consumer behavior.
• Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and modern analytics environments.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Exceptional storytelling skills and confidence engaging C-level audiences.
• Must be based in the Boston, MA area to support hybrid collaboration.
