What you will do

• Design and build tailored AI-driven conversational workflows using decision trees and natural language interfaces.
• Configure technical integrations between hirify.global and client CRMs, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Lead client onboarding sessions to gather business requirements and define conversational automation goals.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, translating business needs into IT specifications.
• Manage multiple SaaS implementation projects concurrently, overseeing UAT, risk mitigation, and go-live execution.
• Train customers on building and maintaining AI-enabled workflows and reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, customer engineering, or technical implementation.
• 4+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably within customer support or contact center domains.
• Must be based on the East Coast of the U.S. or in the United Kingdom.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-led agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, JSON, and API integration architectures.
• Experience working in startup environments.
